Vom 2. Juni bis 4. Juni 2024 fand der SAVE International „Value Summit 2024“ in Nashville, TN, statt.
Das Thema dieses Jahr lautete „Evolution“ und wurde in zahlreichen Präsentationen zu wichtigen Themen des Value Management (VM) wie beispielsweise Funktionsanalyse und Moderation sowie in unterschiedlichen Anwendungsgebieten, wie z.B. Bauwesen, Infrastruktur und Industrie widergespiegelt.
Unsere Geschäftsführer Dr. Marc Pauwels und Sebastian Meindl nahmen auch dieses Jahr teil und konnten wichtige Beiträge zu der Tagung leisten. Dr. Pauwels organisierte in seiner Position als wiedergewähltes Mitglied des Boards von SAVE International (Director of Global Affairs) das International Forum, in dem sich die internationalen Teilnehmer in einem offenen Format über die wichtigsten Ereignisse und Entwicklungen ihrer Länder bzw. Regionen austauschen konnten. Sebastian Meindl hielt einen Vortrag mit dem Thema „The Impact of Value Engineering in the European Manufacturing Industry” und konnte so seine langjährigen Erfahrungen in diesem Bereich einem größeren Publikum weitergeben.
Die Tagung wird von allen Teilnehmenden als ein großer Erfolg angesehen. Die ca. 230 Teilnehmenden sehen gerade in der persönlichen Begegnung und dem Erfahrungsaustausch den großen Mehrwert dieser Tagung.
From June 2 to June 4, 2024, the SAVE International „Value Summit 2024“ took place in Nashville, TN.
This year’s theme was „Evolution“ and was reflected in numerous presentations on important Value Management (VM) topics such as Function Analysis and facilitation as well as in various areas of application such as construction, infrastructure and industry.
Our managing directors Dr. Marc Pauwels and Sebastian Meindl took part again this year and were able to make important contributions to the conference. In his position as re-elected member of the Board of SAVE International (Director of Global Affairs), Dr. Pauwels organized the International Forum, in which the international participants were able to discuss the most important events and developments in their countries and regions in an open format. Sebastian Meindl gave a presentation on „The Impact of Value Engineering in the European Manufacturing Industry“ and was thus able to pass on his many years of experience in this field to a wider audience.
The conference was considered a great success by all participants. The approximately 230 participants see the great added value of this conference in the personal networking and the exchange of experiences.
