Increasing team performance through team building
High-performing teams do not emerge by chance, but through clear structures,
aligned expectations, and effective collaboration. This seminar supports leaders in
purposefully increasing both accountability and motivation within their teams.
Participants learn how to better understand different personality types within a team
and how to leverage their strengths effectively. At the same time, relevant
stakeholder perspectives are incorporated to support sustainable and well-founded
decisions.
The focus is on developing clear rules, roles, and frameworks, as well as establishing
an effective feedback and meeting culture. The goal is to structure collaboration,
accelerate decision-making, and achieve sustainable team results.
Objectives:
This module supports leaders in purposefully increasing their teams’ performance.
The focus is not on the individual competence of team members, but on the quality of
collaboration within the team.
Participants learn to identify and better understand different personality types within
the team in order to reduce misunderstandings and make more effective use of
individual strengths. At the same time, the expectations and perspectives of relevant
stakeholders are made visible to ensure that decisions remain sustainable and
broadly supported.
In addition, participants develop the key success factors of high-performing teams
and translate them into clear rules, roles, and working frameworks. The objective is to
create reliable collaboration, enable sustainable and participatory decision-making,
and establish a feedback and meeting culture that improves commitment, speed, and
quality.
Seminar design:
The seminar follows a highly practice-oriented approach and uses the participants’
actual team situations as its starting point. Participants identify which aspects of
collaboration are already working well and should be strengthened further, as well as
which factors are slowing down performance and need to be redefined within the
team.
Within organizations, teams can address relevant issues directly during the workshop
and establish new binding agreements together. In cross-company settings,
participating leaders develop the success factors that enhance performance in their
own teams and implement them systematically afterward.
