Using your strengths effectively as a leader

Effective leadership begins with self-awareness. This seminar supports leaders in
consciously recognizing and effectively leveraging their strengths, patterns, and
potential.
Participants reflect on their personal leadership identity and develop a clear
understanding of their individual leadership style. At the same time, they learn how to
use diversity within teams constructively and how to apply feedback as a tool for
development.
The goal is to develop an authentic leadership style suited to different situations, one
that sustainably enhances both personal effectiveness and overall team
performance.

Objectives:

This module supports leaders in better understanding themselves as their most
important tool in leadership and in using this awareness more consciously and
effectively. It is based on the understanding that effective leadership does not
primarily result from methods, but from clarity about one’s own personality, strengths,
patterns, and limitations.
Participants identify their individual strengths and learn how to apply them effectively
in their leadership role to increase their impact.

Another key focus is the conscious handling of diversity within teams. The objective
is not only to respect different characteristics, working styles, and personalities, but
also to integrate them constructively into collaboration.
In addition, participants learn to use feedback as a development tool — both in giving
and receiving feedback — and to apply it as a foundation for personal growth and a
culture of trust within the team.
By the end of the module, participants will be able to define their own authentic
leadership style more clearly and apply it appropriately in different situations.

Seminar Design:

The seminar follows a highly practical approach, combining self-reflection, structured
analysis, and peer exchange. Through targeted questions, reflection exercises, and
real-life leadership case studies, participants gain concrete insights into their own
leadership personality.
In individual and group exercises, participants directly transfer the seminar content to
their current leadership situations and work on their own real leadership cases during
the seminar. The aim is not only to convey theoretical knowledge, but also to create
lasting clarity and concrete implementation steps for everyday leadership practice.

Seminar Topics:

  • Identifying personal strengths, values and drivers
  • Conscious use of individual strenghts in daily leadership
  • Understanding and integrating different personality types
  • Using feedback as a tool for personal and team development
