Value Analysis / Value Engineering / Value Management
Goals:
- Deepening of the contents of VA/VE training Module 2
- Forming and managing VA/VE teams
- Define, plan and take responsibility for complex VA/VE projects
- Communicate with internal and external customers
- Understand how VA/VE projects are integrated into the corporate strategy
- Developing and expanding value-oriented thinking and acting in the company
- Practical exercises for VA/VE with trainer feedback
ABSTAND
Participants are able to introduce the methodology of VA/VE into a company and to advance Value Management as value-oriented corporate management.
Training design:
The VDI’s participation requirements apply. The training is designed as a 3-day training and consists of lectures, discussions and practical exercises. Participants will receive training documentation.
After passing a voluntary examination, which is carried out during the seminar, the participants receive the certificate “Value Engineer VDI”. This is confirmed by an official certificate from the VDI.
All modules are part of the Europe-wide certified VA/VE training as well as for further qualification as “Professional in Value Management” and “Trainer in Value Management”.
