The qualification concept consists of three consecutive training modules, each lasting three seminar days. The training modules consists of lectures, discussions and practical exercises. The modules VM1 and VM2 also contain case studies.
After qualifying as a Value Engineer, the participants are able to facilitate interdisciplinary teams. He can integrate VA/VE projects into the corporate strategy and carry them out himself. In addition, the participants can be certified as a Professional in Value Management (PVM) throughout Europe.
The training series is aimed at people who deal with the optimization of products and processes.
